Is this program personalized to me?
Yes. During onboarding, your coach learns your eating habits, food preferences, health situation, and goals. Every recommendation is tailored to your actual life. Someone who loves Mexican food and hates cooking gets completely different guidance than someone who meal preps every Sunday.
Is this a diet?
No. This is a coaching program that teaches you how YOUR body responds to food. We don't hand you a rigid meal plan. We help you understand what works for you, make gradual changes, and build habits that last. No calorie counting, no extreme restrictions.
What's different about this program?
Most programs tell you what to eat. We teach you how to test what works for YOUR body. You'll learn a simple testing method that shows you exactly how foods affect your blood sugar, not generic advice, but your actual numbers. By Day 5, you'll have proof of what's working.
Do I need any equipment?
A basic glucometer helps you get the most out of the program. They're $20-30 at any pharmacy, no prescription needed. If you already have one (or a CGM), even better. You can start without one, but the testing is where the real magic happens.
Is this keto?
No. While we focus on managing carbs, this isn't a keto program. We don't track fat, we emphasize protein, and we still include carbs. The goal is finding what works for your body, not hitting arbitrary macros.
What if I'm on medication?
That's okay. Many of our members are on medication like Metformin, insulin, or Ozempic. Your coach knows your situation and adjusts guidance accordingly. We always recommend keeping your doctor informed about any dietary changes you're making.
Do I have to give up foods I love?
No. We ask about your favorite foods during onboarding specifically so we DON'T ask you to give them up. The goal is to help you enjoy the foods you love while understanding how to balance them. Progress over perfection.
What happens after the free 5 days?
After Day 5, you'll have the option to continue with the full 90-day program for $129. If you decide it's not for you, no problem. You keep everything you learned during the free trial. No credit card is required to start.
How much time does this take each day?
About 5-10 minutes. Each day you'll get a short coaching message, one suggested action, and an optional check-in. This isn't meant to take over your life. It's designed to fit into it.
